Turning the heel is my favorite part of knitting socks. It makes me feel clever and cool take me, literally, in a new direction.
The heel instructions are pretty vague. So I give you a stupidly detailed post to bore you to tears and explain just how I’m making my heels.
I can do whatever I want up to and including blowing off a whole repeat on my Cirque Socks.

When making Skew socks, there are two things you should know. First, there are lots of adjustments for size. Second, no one will believe they are socks.
