I have already printed off the pattern but not started due to lack of a suitably stunning yarn. I didn’t realise they are toe-up – I have never done that before so here’s to learning something new!
Oh good! Toe up socks are a great construction method. That way you get the toe/foot/heel down and can make as much or as little leg & cuff as you like without worrying about running out of yarn. Hope you enjoy it!
Okay, okay…I will quit cleaning the house and start these socks! Well, as soon as I either spin the yarn, or coerce myself the 50 miles to the LYS…SIGH. Yoy do realize you’re enabling my yarn addiction, right?

That yarn is just stunning! I know you are excited. I would be!
I am. 🙂 Its fun to see what color pops up next. And this pattern was made to show off hand dye.

yes, definitely quit cleaning your house. Start socks instead. That is a much better way to spend your Saturday.
