A trip to the grocery story for coffee creamer led to a sudden, overpowering need to crochet up a pineapple. And then eat one. That’s how my life goes sometimes.
What does a knitter do when its non-stop rain and flash floods outside? The same thing she does when its sunny and gorgeous. She knits! But when its wet and yucky and the sun never shines she knits grumpy.
Its always nice to have a project go from roving to handspun yarn to knitted, to finished.
Any day that I get new yarn day is a happy day and always the subject my my next blog post. Love new yarn. Love to share.
Knitters and crocheters can make all sorts of home accents for themselves. Its very empowering. Once you start, its hard to stop.
I’m busy with beads as I knit up a little coin purse. It was hard to put it down and write a post about it. Just love knitting with beads.
I’m having a lovely time making my February Baby (cardigan) in June. Its a fast knit. Perhaps its not a two-hour project, as I wildly speculated in my last post, but it is still pretty darn fast.

The sun is out for the first time in a month and I’m playing hooky. There is yarn and coffee and cookies and a lovely warm summer day.
