Ever notice that crafters have a lot of sayings (and memes and cutesy stuff for sale on etsy) to remind the people around us that we are not nearly as easy going as we may appear?

“Keep calm and carry yarn.”

“I knit so I don’t kill people.”

“OCD stands for Obsessive Crochet Disorder.”

Maybe we need the yarn to keep us sane. Maybe our WIPs keep everyone around us safe from the harm we might inflict on them. Maybe the holidays are getting to me and its starting to show in my choice for a Thursday poll.
